What will happen to my site if i move it to another domain name on the same hosting ?

I want to change my primary domain name, but kinda afraid that it may break my script. Any advice?

There are no dependecy between domain name and scripts. All file paths are relative to  current domain.

in 99,9% you will not have any problems.
